Italian Comfort, Served All Week

"This is a convenient and comfortable location for lunch. My wife and I like the soup and salad special and went to the 3823 Coors NW location on 8/21/26. The salad was very fresh, and the soup was excellent. The service was mostly excellent. The server, Genaro, was friendly, efficient and attentive. He checked on us several times during our visit. The only complaint was that when he brought out the bread sticks there were only three bread sticks in the basket. On previous visits there are usually at least four, so I was baffled by the situation. It didn't really matter because my wife only ate one, and I try to stop at two. At the very least you probably want to bring two breadsticks per person, as has been our experience at other Olive Garden locations. He did offer to replenish the salad and soup and asked if we were interested in dessert. We still tipped him more than the standard 20% because he was friendly and attentive. This seems to be a well managed restaurant. Overall, a good experience!"

"Went the night before mothers day and this is a well oiled machine. They were so busy but never faltered on the service and food was great. Unlike the other olive garden I just left a 1 star review at, this place has management that has a grasp on her employees and in turn her employees are top notch."

"Rude waitress lacked service and never came back to the table. After paying the check my elderly father asked for a box. She said okay and never came back. He asked again and she told him that getting a box was “not her priority” loudly trying to demean and embarrass him in front of other tables. Literally every table turned to look. She still refused to bring the box so another server did. Please do better when you screen for hiring. This is unacceptable. I would leave zero stars if I could."

"My wife and visited olive garden because our past experiences have been great, but this time didn't quite meet expectations. We decided to try new dishes versus our usual meal. I ordered the tour of Italy which was not so good, the pasta was pretty dry so I asked for more Alfredo sauce for it. My wife ordered the salmon and it was super salty as well as the bread sticks, we had to scrape the seasoning off the salmon and request new bread sticks with less seasoning and the waitress was hesitant and said they just made fresh bread so she may not be able to. My beverage was not refilled for the longest time an noticed another guest across from us with the same issue waiting on his refill. I also asked for a strawberry lemonade which our waitress said they dont have but in the past they made it for me using the same strawberry flavoring that they use for the flavored tea, I let it go an requested a water instead instead of going back and forth as she didn't seem interested in attempting to make an effort to accommodate. We were sat in the back room as it seemed like a big daycare with all the loud children. The waitress wasn't necessarily rude but just didn't seem quite up to olive gardens standards as we experienced in the past. Hopefully this visit was a fluke as we enjoy our little date nights there."
